DecideNorth is an educational self-assessment tool. It does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Use the product as a conversation aid, not as the sole basis for a major life decision.

You must use the product lawfully and only for your own relationship-assessment purposes. You may not attempt to access another couple’s data, interfere with the service, or misuse invite links.

Each partner’s answers are isolated. You agree not to use the product to surveil, pressure, or impersonate another person.

The free experience includes solo completion, partner invite, and the pre-paywall reveal. The paid product is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full Alignment Book for that couple session.

Checkout consent must be recorded before payment. Public/live payment launch stays blocked until the required compliance approvals are in place.

DecideNorth is not monitored in real time and does not provide emergency services. If you are in immediate danger or facing a crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Assessment outputs depend on the honesty, completeness, and context of the information provided. Results may be incomplete if one or both partners skip information, answer strategically, or use the product outside its intended scope.

We do not guarantee any relationship outcome, counseling result, legal outcome, or marriage outcome.
